Dr. Oetker's preservative has been used for more than 75 years in Western markets, being a reliable aid for guaranteed preservation. The preservative prevents unwanted mold or fermentation of canned vegetables or fruits. One envelope (7g) is enough for 5-7 kg of canned vegetables or for 15 kg of jam or marmalade.
