If you've made it this far, it means you need a little help. You can contact us on Facebook Messenger by accessing the icon at the bottom right of the page. We will answer you with great pleasure and help you order through the website.

Even so, the process of placing orders is extremely simple. Follow the steps below to be able to enjoy your favorite Romanian products at your home, in no time.

Step 1

Visit our website, choose the products you like and add them to the shopping cart by pressing the "I want" or "Add to cart" button.

Step 2

Click on the "Cart" button at the top right of the page, wherever you are on the website.

Check if you have everything you want in your basket. If everything is fine, go to the next step by pressing the button "Complete the order".

Step 3

Choose the method by which you will take possession of the products. You can pick up the products from the store, we can do local delivery, or we can deliver nationally. See the Where We Deliver page for more details on delivery areas .

To pick up the products from the store, you can go directly to step 5. For delivery you will need to fill in the form on the page with your details. Thus we know where and to whom to deliver Romanian products.

Go to the next step by pressing "Continue to send".

Step 4

Confirm the details for the transport then press "Continue to payment".

Step 5

Enter your card details in the payment form, then press "Pay now" and DONE! You will receive an email or SMS to confirm your order. We take care of the rest!
