Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the receipt of your items to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition as when you received them and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, you can contact us by email at contact@asmarket.co.uk, provide your order number and the products you wish to return, and we will take care of the rest.

We will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

The responsibility for returning and packing the product lies with the customer.

A return fee of £5 applies.

Refunds are issued only for the value of the products, not for shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours of delivery if an item is damaged, missing, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it. We will either issue an immediate refund or replace the item for you.

We reserve the right to request photos or other evidence to prove the damage or issues with the products.

Claims made later than 24 hours after delivery will not be considered.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods and personalized products (e.g., custom orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to inform you if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Order Cancellations

If an order is canceled at the customer’s request before it is shipped, a fee of 3% of the paid amount will apply.
