Shipping policy

A&S MARKET LTD (www.asmarket.co.uk) offers you two methods of taking possession of products ordered directly from the website.

  1. Personal collection from A&S Market store location, at the address: 44B Commercial Way, Woking, Surrey, GU21 6HW sau 34 London Street, Basingstoke, RG217NY. The collection can be done immediately after receiving the confirmation email. We will try to prepare orders within a maximum of 3 hours after placing them, during business hours.
  2. Home delivery. Orders placed Monday to Thursday at 07:00 will be dispatched the same day and delivered the next day. Orders placed from Thursday 07:01 to Sunday will be shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday, excluding "BANK HOLLIDAY" days.
  3. The cost of delivery starts from £9.95.

  5. Orders in which we have perishable products will be sent by courier using the next day delivery service, but in some cases the parcels can arrive in 36 hours or even 48 hours.
  6. If at the delivery attempt you are not available at the indicated address to receive the package, in some cases the package will be redirected to the nearest UPS or FedEx collection center to be collected by you from these centers.
  7. It is your responsibility to ensure that access to the property can be made.
  8. * All products in this category "Deli products" are vacuum repackaged. We guarantee a 10-day shelf life. Once the packaging is opened, it is recommended to consume within 3 days.
  9. We are not responsible for closed roads, access codes or other problems related to access to your property that may delay delivery.
  10. The cost of local delivery is £4.99 for orders under £60 and free for orders over £60.
