Description
Bran apple cake is made using the best varieties of apples, well ripe and aromatic, carefully picked from the hills surrounding Satu Mare. Aged according to the inherited recipe, in large wooden barrels, the apple pâlinca acquires fine and fruity aromas that pay tribute to the traditional Romanian product. Certified by the Ministry of Agriculture, the Bran apple cake carries on the tradition of our family, which heals, soothes and pours into glasses of well-being.
