Merlot de Purcari is like velvet – delicate to the touch, but with a complex structure that impresses.
100% Merlot
Of a ruby-red color, it stands out for its fine aromas of michsunea and saftian. The velvety taste, with a pleasant astringency and nuances of oak, blackberry and rose is accentuated by a lasting aftertaste.
Obtained from grapes harvested and selected by hand, vinified by the traditional method. Aged for 12 months in French oak barriques.
Smoked duck breast, turkey or veal schnitzel, pork steak or prosciutto snacks.
The recommended temperature for consumption is +18...+20 °С.
