Very old variety, autochthonous, originating from Bohotin, from which a wine is obtained with a typical porphyry chroma (color), but which can sometimes be pink or burgundy pink, depending on the climatic conditions of the harvest year. The harmony between alcohol, sugar, acidity make the wine appear as a whole, from which nothing is missing. The taste is sweet, copious, with a distinct originality. The faint hint of bitterness, sometimes perceptible in the aftertaste, contributes substantially to raising the quality of the wine.
