ROASTED PEPPER SALAD WITH HONEY

We roast a lot of peppers on a wood fire, clean them, cut them into strips and soak them well in a honey sauce goodness. After all the flavors are absorbed, we put them in jars and sterilize them, so that only goodness remains!
