Ingredients with purpose :chocolate is based on a blend of cocoa beans from Peru and Venezuela, cocoa butter, milk from grass and hay-fed cows, unrefined cane sugar and a little vanilla. I added roasted pistachios on top of the chocolate bar.
Preparation method: temper the chocolate and pour it into molds, on top of which we add roasted hazelnuts.
