Use
Our recipe for chicken giblets: 400g drumsticks and hearts, 200g breast, 400g liver, 2 sauteed onions, 2 boiled and mashed potatoes, 6 eggs, breadcrumbs, 20g giblet seasoning, 8-10 tbsp liquid . The livers are roasted, and the chicken breast, drumsticks and hearts are boiled, after which they are finely chopped. All the ingredients are added to a bowl, homogenized, and the composition thus obtained is placed in a pan previously lined with breadcrumbs. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top and put in the oven for about 30 minutes.
