You need: 500 g of lamb and pork organs, the contents of this envelope, 3 medium onions, 4-5 eggs, a sheet of pie, 2-3 boiled eggs, white bread crumbs. Lamb and pork organs are boiled in water, then cut into small cubes or chopped. The contents of the bag are mixed with finely chopped and stewed onions, with 4-5 eggs and added on top of the minced meat. This composition is homogenized well and half is placed in a deep tray in which the pie sheet was placed. Then add, if desired, the boiled eggs and the rest of the composition. The white bread crumbs are sprinkled over the composition thus prepared. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
