Fuchs Goulash Fix is a blend with 100% natural ingredients, specially created to enhance this traditional recipe, offering an intense and well-balanced taste. Fuchs Recipe: For 6 servings, you need: 600g beef, 100ml oil, 5 cloves of garlic, 100g tomato paste, 500g bell peppers, 6 onions, 50ml dry red wine. For dumplings: 100g flour, 1 egg. For garnish: 700g potatoes, 50g butter. Cut the meat into cubes and fry in 50ml of oil, then add water. After it has simmered, transfer it to a pot. Finely chop the onions and bell peppers, sauté them, and add them to the meat along with the tomato paste dissolved in a little water and the seasoning from this packet. Simmer together for approx. 20 minutes. When the meat is cooked, add the dumplings along with the peeled and finely chopped garlic, wine, and simmer for approx. 10 minutes. Serve hot with boiled potatoes cut into cubes and covered with herbs and butter. For the dumplings, knead a dough from flour, egg, and salt, portion it into small dumplings with a teaspoon, then boil them in hot water and remove. Net quantity: 20g
