Inspired by the creation of the great painter Nicolae Grigorescu "Girl lying in the grass", which perfectly illustrates an authentic traditional profile made from the heart of nature, but also with the help of some winemaking ideas chosen by skilled winegrowers, it was possible to create this Dry Muscat variety that is considered to be the "Pearl of Târnavelor". A cheerful wine, endowed with a rare delicacy and a boundless bouquet of aromas that begins with the presentation of elderflowers, nectar, linden flowers and acacia, which impresses on an olfactory level. The taste is particularly complex, subsuming a "lethal" combination of roses and red grapefruit, which in the end gently slides towards citrus and honey impressions that will form a long aftertaste and a harmony of sensations. Fish and seafood dishes highlight this wine, but also various carefully chosen cheeses, dishes based on heavier meat (sausages, sardines, fish or other marinated dishes), but also simple or cream-based desserts.
