Răzvan Idicel Rosehip Jam is a classic jam, made with great patience, from carefully picked and slowly processed wild fruits. Rosehips are known for their delicate texture and slightly tart flavor, which is why this jam is fine, dense, and well-balanced.
We use 70% rosehips, cooked in a cauldron over a wood fire, in a slow process that involves careful cleaning and long boiling. Sugar is added just enough to bind the jam and support the fruit's natural taste, without overpowering it.
The result is a velvety jam, with a deep and clean, slightly tart taste, reminiscent of simple childhood desserts and winters when wild fruits were carefully preserved for the cold months.

Preparation method
The rosehips are picked, carefully cleaned and prepared by hand, then they go into the hot cauldron over a wood fire. They simmer slowly, in their own juice, together with the sugar, until the pulp turns into a fine, homogeneous and dense paste.
The jam is poured hot into sterilized jars and left to rest, so that the texture and aroma stabilize naturally.
