Most of the time it is suggested to us that a glass of fresh orange juice at breakfast can considerably increase the recommended daily intake of vitamin C. What is not often discussed, but we tell you, is that raspberries, for example, have much more vitamin C than oranges. If winter mornings catch you without fresh raspberries on the table, for a boost of vitamins, you can easily sweeten yourself with a few spoonfuls of our raspberry jam. It does not contain added sugar, it is dietetic and especially good in the mornings when it seems a bit difficult to get up. In each jar I lovingly put a lot of fruit, natural apple syrup obtained by gentle evaporation for sweetening, apple powder for robustness and a few drops of lemon juice.
