INGREDIENTS:swirl donuts, wine vinegar, sugar, salt. bay leaves, peppercorns and mustard.
ARTISANAL DELICACY
Cleaned and seasoned, sprinkled with sugar & salt, the donuts sit well for 12 hours, so that they leave juice, soften a little and can be stuffed better. Then Tanti Gica takes the juice, boils it with vinegar and spices and pours it over the donuts piled up in the jars, to keep them safe.
