A reliable aid in the preparation of cakes is the Dr. Oetker Whipping Cream Fortifier. The cream thickens quickly and keeps its shape and consistency for a long time. It prevents the cake top from getting soggy. The content of one envelope is enough for 0.2 - 0.25 l of cream.
Careful! It is indicated only for freshly prepared cream.
Freshly prepared whipped cream with hardener, once applied to the top of cake, it doesn't soften anymore.
