INGREDIENTS:gorgeous plums, wild garlic and hot peppers, tossed with soy sauce, vinegar, oil, water and enchanted with ginger, star anise, cinnamon, coriander and cloves.

The ingredients are cooked slowly over a wood fire. The sauce is sterilized by the traditional method and without any preservatives.

On the goodies shelf where it's clean and cool, out of the frost and sun. To be consumed within 7 days of opening and stored in the refrigerator.
