Hand honey (forest honey) is the only measure natural from our country that is not produced by bees from the nectar of flowers. honey by hand or forest honey can be obtained in the areas of forest, which can be both coniferous (fir, spruce, pine, etc.) and deciduous (maple, oak, etc.).
Hand honey has a high content of organic acids, bioflavonoids, vitamin C and group B vitamins, being the only bee honey that does not become toxic and that retains its antibacterial qualities even if it has been heated up to 100° C. From a nutritional point of view, manna honey has in its composition 20 times more minerals and trace elements than honey obtained from flower nectar.
