Thus, all harmful micro-organisms are destroyed, but the taste and nutritional properties of LaDorna milk are kept unchanged. The UHT heat treatment is much more delicate with the vitamins in milk than boiling on the stove. The extended validity of LaDorna milk is given by the heat treatment (UHT), the aseptic packaging method and the type of multilayer packaging.
