DRY RED WINE
The expression of the free spirit, a brave blend, full of character, from three grape varieties indigenous to the region. It has the heart of Georgia, the terroir of Moldova and the free spirit of Ukraine.
65% Saperavi, 20% Rare Black, 15% Bastardo
It has an intense ruby color with almond reflections. The complex bouquet, dominated by cherries, blackberries and currants, is complemented by prunes, red pepper and savory notes of wet wood and leather. The full and fruity taste surprises with elegance and refinement, but also a velvety aftertaste.
Aging in French barriques for 1 year.
Red meat, appetizers with fermented cheeses, desserts with dark chocolate.
The recommended temperature for consumption is +18...+20 °С.
