Murfatlar controlled designation of origin wine. Obtained from the Murfatlar vineyard through the vinification of the Pinot Noir, Feteasca Neagra, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot varieties, blended in different proportions depending on the harvest years, and aging the wine in oak barrels to obtain the bouquet.
Color: intense pink with delicate shades of brick.
Smell: pleasant, inviting, of a bouquet of aged wine, with notes of vanilla and oak.
Taste: velvety, supple, savory, sweet, with high acidity, balanced, enriched with notes of oak and vanilla, savory and long aftertaste.
Serving temperature: 7-8°C.
Culinary association: it can be served as an aperitif or after the meal. It can be ideally consumed with fruit-based desserts
or chocolate. In addition, it can be served with salty cheeses, cold tongue with olives, baked mushrooms.
Anointed as the only liqueur wine in Romania, Lacrima returns to the table from the sandy shores of the sea, after 5 years spent in oak barrels. He ends the dinner, meditatively, with detours through the history of the world, discovering the relics of ancient cities that are glimpsed among the words of the spirit.
