The harsh climate in the north of Transylvania has given us the land with burgundy varieties, from which we strictly pick the wild cherries, well ripened in the shade of the woods. Boiled in pure spring water, we sweeten them and leave them to macerate, in cool cellars, to obtain a sweet syrup. In order for the liqueur to dress our port, we combine alcohol with the tradition and recipe of the Bran family, thus refining a Romanian whiskey that delights the soul and delights the senses. We recommend Bran vinaigrette as an aperitif, to harmoniously combine the conversation with the dishes.
